WhatsApp has introduced a feature that allows users to schedule calls, enhancing both personal and professional communication. This update, available globally soon, enables users to set a date and time for calls and send invitations to individuals or groups. How to Schedule Calls on WhatsApp

Open WhatsApp and go to the Calls tab.
Tap the Call icon and select a contact or group.
Choose Schedule Call.
Select Audio or Video call.
Set the date and time.
Tap the green checkmark to confirm.

Enhanced Interaction Tools

WhatsApp has also introduced tools to make calls more interactive without causing disruptions. The "raise hand" feature lets participants signal when they wish to speak, while emoji reactions allow for engagement during the call. These tools aim to create a more dynamic and engaging calling experience.

The Calls tab has been improved for better management of scheduled interactions. It now displays upcoming calls, attendee lists, and provides shareable invite links. Call creators will be notified if someone joins through a shared link, ensuring seamless coordination among participants.
