Instagram has launched a new feature aimed at enhancing the earning potential of creators through partnership ads named Testimonials. These are simple, text-based endorsements that are not only quick to compose but also easily integrate with existing collaborations with brands.
Creators can now write a concise message, under 125 characters, that resonates with a brand's campaign or a particular product, and send this endorsement directly to the brand. The brand then ensures this endorsement is prominently displayed on the appropriate advertisement.

How Does It Work?
There are two main methods by which a can authorize a brand to transform their post into a partnership advertisement. Firstly, for long-term collaborations, a creator can grant a brand permission at the account level. This provides the brand the liberty to craft a partnership ad using either the content specifically provided by the creator or from any of the creator's posts that have tagged the brand.
On the other hand, for one-off partnerships, creators have the option to generate an advertisement code. This code grants brands permission on a content level, allowing creators to select specific posts that the brand can then use for partnership ads. This flexibility ensures that creators have control over which of their posts are used in these promotional efforts.
Partnership ads are essentially promotional content posted by a brand in collaboration with a creator to advertise a product or service. They closely resemble collaborative posts but are distinct in their reach and potential audience engagement.
