Twitch Announces Live Screen Streaming App With Sony To Broadcast Mobile Games

Sony has recently launched an app especially for mobile gamers who like to play on Sony Xperia devices and live stream their game play on various video sharing platforms.

The app is designed to record the screen and share gaming sessions on platforms like Twitch and YouTube. It is also capable to stream live everything that is happening on the screen. Beyond gaming, you can also use the app to live stream other things you are doing on Xperia smartphone or tablet to YouTube.

The app is provided by Sony and powered by Twitch and YouTube. It is compatible with Sony Xperia Z3+, Z4 and Z4v smartphone and Xperia Z4 Tablet.

Sony's new 'Live Screen Streaming' is available for free on Google Play Store. But, not available in countries where YouTube or Twitch are not available.

Users are requested to turn on live streaming feature in your YouTube account. Sony also advice a caution to not use this app to broadcast inappropriate content or infringe on copyright.
