Netflix has launched a new mobile feature called 'Moments,' which is now accessible worldwide. This tool enables users to effortlessly save, relive, and share their favourite scenes from Netflix series and films. The feature is designed to enhance the viewing experience by allowing users to capture memorable moments.

With 'Moments,' users can easily capture iconic scenes and share them on social media platforms. Netflix describes this feature as a way to "Save, Relive, and Share" cherished scenes, enabling instant sharing with friends or on social networks.

How to Use Moments?

Using the 'Moments' feature is straightforward. If you're watching Bridgerton and want to save the scene where Colin and Penelope share their first kiss, simply tap 'Moments' at the bottom of your screen. The scene will be saved to your 'My Netflix' tab for easy access later. When you rewatch the show, it will start playing from the exact scene you saved.

The feature's global availability currently extends to iOS devices, with Android support expected in the coming weeks. Netflix has also hinted at future updates that may introduce additional options for users. This ensures that viewers can enjoy an enhanced experience across different devices.

Sharing Moments on Social Media

To share 'Moments' on platforms like Instagram or Facebook, users can either share instantly while creating a Moment or go to 'My Netflix,' select a scene, and then share it across platforms. This flexibility allows users to engage with their social circles seamlessly.

According to Netflix spokesperson Dorian Rosenburg, storage concerns are minimal for most users. He mentioned that the number of Moments saved might depend on the length of the show or movie but assured that there is generally ample space available across multiple titles.

The introduction of 'Moments' coincides with the debut of Squid Game Season 2 on December 26. This timing provides an opportunity for fans to revisit suspenseful game sequences from Season 1 using this new feature.
