Uber launches Uber Loyalty Program for driver partners

Uber, one of the largest ride-sharing companies, announced the launch of a Driver Loyalty Program for its tenured driver partners. Uber A-ONE is a pilot project started in various Indian cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi and Chennai. With its aim to recognize the work and time that the driver partners commit to the company Uber has taken this initiative. Uber believes that the driver partners have played a major role in contributing to the future of Uber. This initiative awards and appreciates the most-tenured driver partners for their loyalty and support.

The Loyalty program will include various features including Priority phone support, Monetary Rewards, Exclusive events and In-car and In-App recognition. Uber A-ONE driver partners in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai along with Kochi will have access to priority lounges at Green Light Centers.

Uber also announced in-app products, partnership and initiatives to encourage their driving partners which eventually enhance the experience of commuters. This is to make riding Uber easier, safe and hassle free claims the company.

Uber's said its mission is to bring reliable transportation for everyone. It was started in 2010 book a ride at the touch of a button. Six years and more than five billion trips later, Uber's mission is to come over an even greater challenge which is reducing congestion and pollution in cities by getting more people ride in fewer cars. This can be achieved by using public transport system and ride sharing added the company.

Back in 2017 Uber announced ridesharing insurance program in partnership with ICICI Lombard General insurance.
