Truecaller's Customer Experience Solutions are integral to this partnership, enhancing every stage of user interaction from onboarding to final delivery. These solutions are employed by over 2,500 businesses globally, boosting communication, brand recognition, and customer protection against scams or fraud.

Truecaller Powers Zepto's Real-time Commerce
The partnership introduces several key features. One such feature is a one-tap, password-free login for Zepto and Zepto Cafe through Truecaller's SDK. This reduces friction during onboarding by minimizing drop-offs and speeding up conversions, especially during peak demand periods.
Another feature is the Verified Business Caller ID that displays Zepto's name, logo, and verified badge on calls. This helps users easily identify the caller and respond confidently. Additionally, Call Reason provides context for calls so users know why they are being contacted.
Video Caller ID adds a professional touch by showing branded visuals before a call connects. The Call Me Back feature allows users to reconnect with missed calls, which is particularly useful for deliveries or onboarding processes.
