One look at the camera and you will understand that this is definitely an upscale camera. The device packaging itself seems so luxurious and premium. The camera body and the lens feature a matte black finish. The camera is very petite if it is pitched against DSLR counter parts. But no compromise would be there in terms of image quality. An in built pop up flash is there and its arm is long enough that even if a large sized lens is used, the cameras flash light cans extent beyond it.

When retracted you won’t even know that a flash is there. A pair of control wheels is provided towards the right and they can do a variety of functions including selecting different modes to adjusting the camera settings. A built in electronic vie finder is provided at the rear back side towards the top left corner. A 3 inch LCD screen is placed below it.

NEX-7 features tri-navi interface and this is very user friendly. This provides the user with easy access to all the key settings and functions without having to worry about browsing through menus to access the same. This camera carries on the legacy of Sony’s digital cameras and offers some pretty amazing quality images. It offers amazing photo clarity in continuous shooting mode with up to 10 frames per second. This makes it a right device to take high speed photographs for sports events.
