Fujifilm X-T30 III Launched In India: A Compact Hybrid Camera For Creators

Fujifilm has launched the X-T30 III in India, positioning it as a compact hybrid camera for photographers and video creators.

The camera is priced at ₹102,999 for the body, while a kit with the 13-33mm lens is available at ₹119,999.

It builds on Fujifilm’s X Series design while shifting more focus toward video, reflecting how creators today often work across both formats.

A Hybrid Approach To Photo And Video

The X-T30 III is designed to handle both still photography and video without leaning too heavily in one direction.

It uses a 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor paired with the X-Processor 5. According to the company, this combination allows faster image processing compared to the previous model.

On the video side, the camera supports 6.2K/30P recording in 4:2:2 10-bit color. It also offers 4K/60P and 1080/240P options for different shooting styles.

Fujifilm says the idea here is to give creators flexibility, whether they’re shooting horizontal video or vertical content for social media.

Focus On Color And Creative Control

Fujifilm continues to lean on its color science, which has been a key part of its camera lineup.

The X-T30 III introduces a dedicated Film Simulation dial, allowing users to switch between 20 color profiles directly from the camera body.

It also includes profiles like REALA ACE for more natural tones and NOSTALGIC Neg. for a softer, cinematic look. There are also customizable slots where users can save their own presets.

AI Autofocus And Everyday Usability

Autofocus is another area where the camera sees an update.

The system uses AI-based subject detection, which can recognize not just faces and eyes but also animals, vehicles, and other moving subjects.

For everyday use, the camera weighs 378g and features a tilting rear display for shooting at different angles. It also includes an auto mode lever for quickly switching to automatic settings when needed.
