HP launches ENVY Ultrabook and Sleekbook in India

HP has launched its ENVY Ultrabook and Sleekbook series in the Indian market. HP ENVY Sleekbook will be available in India starting from a price tag of Rs. 41,990/-. The higher-end HP ENVY Ultrabook series will be available in the Indian market starting from a retail price tag of Rs. 57,990/-. The HP ENVY Notebooks features a slimmer exterior that makes it an easy to carry. The weight of the HP ENVY series of Notebook starts from around1.75 kilograms. The thickness at its thinnest point is 19.8 mm. The notebooks feature a black or red coloured slip resistant base.

HP ENVY Ultra books are mainly available in two versions. They are ENVY 4 and ENVY 6. ENVY 4 makes use of a screen display size of 14 inches where as ENVY 6 makes use of a screen display size of 15.6 inches. The ENVY Ultra-books from HP makes use of Intel core processors of the latest third generation.

The solid state drive featured in these Ultrabooks is mSATA. The maximum battery life of these notebooks is eight to nine hours. Other advanced technologies that are impressive features in these ENVY Ultrabooks from HP include Smart Connect technologies, Intel Rapid Start technology and also Intel Smart Response.

HP ENVY Sleek books also features the same screen display size of ENVY Ultrabooks. It also provides the same battery life as that of HP ENVY Ultrabooks. The Sleek-books makes use of optional discrete graphics that can be used for creating and editing of the videos.

This optional graphic is also designed for providing good multimedia experience for users that include gaming also. Users can have enhanced movie and music listening experience with the presence of a pair of in-built speakers and also subwoofers. HD images are assured with the presence of HP TrueVision HD Webcam.

In these notebooks from HP, the touchpad is replaced with HP ImagePad that sports a spun finish design. Users can also log in to multiple accounts with the inclusion of finger print reader in these notebooks. The thermal Settings inside the Notebooks are automatically adjusted with the help of software that makes use of HP CoolSense Technology.
