Kobian offers Free Leather Case With mTab Rio Tablet
Kobian has announced that it will give away free leather cases for users as a goodwill gesture to compensate the delay in launch of Mercury mTab Rio tablet. The free leather case is worth Rs.700. The new tablet was planned for launch previous month.
However, the company sources confirmed that they have found a minor problem in the dongle connectivity during its pre-release tests and hence they are holding back the product. The company want to fix the issue before it is launched officially. Sources indicate that this device could be rolled out during the month of October.
Company sources have also stated that Mercury mTab Rio tablet will feature Wi-Fi connectivity. The product is designed to work well with most of the dongles available in the market. Sushmita Das, Country Manager-India at Kobian was stated as saying, “All our tablets have been runaway success, and they have been so largely due to the quality we have been consistently delivering at most cost effective prices.”
Mercury mTab Rio tablet will feature a larger screen display size of 9.7 inches. The display will have an IPS panel. The company says it will ship the product at a price tag of Rs.11,999 making it an affordable choice for users who are looking for inexpensive yet efficient tablets.
The upcoming tablet assures good navigational experience and easy to use interface as it runs on Android 4.0 ICS operating system. One of the major attractions of this tablet is its IPS panel capable of delivering accurate and consistent colour view from all angles.
