ASUS is expanding its after-sales outreach in India with a one-day free service camp scheduled to take place in New Delhi on January 31. The initiative is part of ASUS Assurance, the company’s broader effort to offer long-term support and worry-free ownership across its device lineup.

The service camp will be open to customers from 11 AM to 6 PM at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj.

What the ASUS Service Camp Is Offering

The New Delhi service camp is designed around preventive care rather than just fixing problems. ASUS engineers and members from the regional service leadership team will be present on-site to offer free diagnostics and hands-on technical assistance.

Customers can expect device health check-ups, thermal assessments to address overheating caused by dust buildup, and checks related to storage performance and system health. ASUS will also assist users with software and hardware diagnostics, including help with setting up and understanding the MyASUS self-test application.

Focus on Education and Long-Term Device Care

Beyond repairs and diagnostics, ASUS is positioning the service camp as an educational touchpoint. Attendees will receive practical guidance on device maintenance, software optimization, and everyday best practices to keep systems running smoothly over time.

ASUS will also share information about its ongoing service initiatives and support programs during the camp, helping customers better understand what’s available to them after purchase.

Location, Timings, and Access

The free service camp will be held at Second Floor, Ambience Mall, S-203B, opposite Bahrisons Books, Vasant Kunj II, New Delhi. It will be open for a single day on January 31, from 11 AM to 6 PM.

ASUS has confirmed that souvenirs will be provided to participants attending the camp, adding a small incentive for users to drop in while getting their devices checked.

This New Delhi camp follows similar ASUS service initiatives conducted in cities such as Pune, Bhilwara, Hazaribagh, and Shillong.
