BenQ RD270Q Coding Monitor Launched in India with 2K 144Hz Display, Coding Modes, USB-C with 65W PD
BenQ has expanded its professional monitor portfolio in India with the launch of the BenQ RD270Q, a 27-inch monitor designed specifically for software developers, programmers, and coding professionals.
The latest addition to the company's RD Series combines a high-refresh-rate display, coding-focused features, and ergonomic design to enhance productivity during long programming sessions. The monitor is now available in India at a special introductory price of under Rs 30,000.

BenQ RD270Q: Display and Coding Features
The BenQ RD270Q sports a 27-inch 2K IPS panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother scrolling through long code files and a more responsive desktop experience. The monitor also offers 99% sRGB colour gamut, a 1300:1 contrast ratio, and a TÜV Rheinland-certified Nano Matte panel that reduces glare and reflections while improving text clarity during extended coding sessions.
BenQ has also included Night Hours Protection, a feature that automatically adjusts brightness and colour temperature based on ambient lighting conditions to reduce eye strain when working in dimly lit environments.
Dedicated Coding Modes and Ergonomic Design
The RD270Q includes multiple Coding Modes tailored for different development environments. Users can quickly switch between Light, Dark, and Paper modes using the dedicated Coding HotKey. The Paper mode simulates an ePaper-like viewing experience, making long-form reading and coding more comfortable.
For added comfort during long work sessions, the monitor features a fully adjustable ergonomic stand with height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and 90-degree pivot support. The portrait mode enables developers to view longer sections of code without constant scrolling.
USB-C Connectivity and Display Pilot 2 Support
The BenQ RD270Q offers a versatile selection of connectivity options, including a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode and 65W Power Delivery, allowing users to connect and charge compatible laptops using a single cable. It also features HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and two USB-A downstream ports for connecting peripherals.
The monitor supports Windows, macOS, and Linux, and works with Display Pilot 2 software, which enables users to customise workspaces, organise application windows, and create desktop partitions for improved multitasking.
