It may not look very thin but it's very light as it weighs only in over 1.5 pounds. The display looks very pretty and is of good quality covering 10.1 inches. The touch sensitivity will be optimal with capacitive screen and the TFT LCD display lets you view it from all angles and in great quality too with the maximum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The Android 2.3.4 version Gingerbread OS makes everything easier using tons of applications which work in the Android from the Android market. It has a 1GHz TI OMAP 3621 single core Texas instruments processor, thanks to which the performance is excellent. Accessing applications is fast with the 512 MB RAM. Apparently, Pocketbook doesn't seem to have cared about the camera specifications much as Pocketbook A10 tablet has a pretty small configuration for a camera. The camera is only 2 Megapixels. So obviously, HD video recording isn't possible, which is a drawback. Apparently the camera also doesn't have a flash feature. So if there is no light, there is no point in capturing a picture. But the new tablet pc has 3G compatibility and is pretty comfortable managing it. High speed 802.11 b/g/n WiFi support is also a relief.
Pocketbook A10 tablet is designed to be held by hand as it has a matte back and will be comfortable in your hands due to a small hump in the new tablet pc's back. If held so, your thumb can easily use the page turn buttons which requires just only a small press. The built-in reader software in the tablet requires some updates. But who cares when you have the Gingerbread Android operating system with you, using which you can try different reader software applications from the Android market. Apparently there are better tablets available in the market now. But A10 Tablet will satisfy those users who require just an ordinary 3G tablet.
Pocketbook A10 tablet is assumed to have a price in India of about Rs 12,000/-. But it's not available yet even in Europe.
