It is same in the tablets sector as well apparently, as Toshiba’s latest tablet has no other definition than awesome.
Toshiba, reportedly, is prepared to launch its latest development – a stunning and stylish tablet remarkably designed to be ultra slim in design. It is not just the design which is catchy. The specifications of Toshiba’s new tablet christened as Toshiba Xcite X10, is just simply superb, most importantly the operating system. Toshiba Xcite X10 has a 10.1 inch IPS multi touch screen and pretty powerful hardware specifications.

The 10.1 inch multitouch IPS display is said to be made of Gorilla Glass. With a wide viewing angle and a 1280 x 800 pixels screen size, the display of Toshiba Xcite X10 tablet can handle touch inputs from all of your 10 fingers at once. What makes the slim build of the Xcite X10 attractive is the sleek aluminium finish on the back.
Xcite X10 also features a wide range of ports namely HDMI ports, and USB port. The loudspeakers are fantastic, as it features SRS audio enhancement technology. However, there are still many speculations that Xcite X10 will feature Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. There is no official confirmation yet, but it is sure to feature Android Honeycomb, with the OS update to ICS, as per the reports. Toshiba Xcite X10 tablet's price information is yet to be confirmed in India.
