TVS Partners With Noise to Bring Smartwatch Integration to iQube EVs

TVS Motor Company is adding a new layer of tech to its iQube electric scooters. The company has teamed up with Indian smartwatch brand Noise to make wearables a connected companion for riders.

The integration is designed to deliver real-time updates on the scooter’s status, battery, tire pressure, and safety alerts directly on the wrist.

Smartwatch Becomes a Riding Assistant

The smartwatch is being sold through the official TVS iQube website at an introductory price of ₹2,999, and it comes bundled with a 12-month Noise Gold subscription. TVS executives describe it as a smart riding assistant, aiming to make everyday commutes more informed and safer.

Riders can check whether their scooter is locked, charging, or ready to ride. Charging updates pop up in real time, with low battery alerts triggered when the level drops below 20 percent. There’s also a Distance to Empty (DTE) feature that estimates how far the scooter can go across different ride modes.

Tire Pressure and Safety Features

One of the practical features is live tire pressure monitoring. The watch shows current pressure values and flags deviations from recommended benchmarks on supported models. Safety is also central to the integration. The smartwatch can send tow and theft alerts, along with crash or fall detection notifications, first through haptics and visuals on the watch and then via the paired mobile app.

Geofence notifications are another tool, warning users when the scooter crosses a set boundary. Meanwhile, visual cues like green or red tiles make it easier to recognize when attention is needed without getting distracted.
