These are not the only devices by any means though. Obviously there would be loads of other device, but going by credible leaks we have sorted out the below mentioned 10 gadgets.
Huawei Nexus 2015
The upcoming Nexus device have been developing a lot of fan frenzy for the past few weeks. The fact that this will be first Nexus device to be made by a Chinese OEM has made it far more popular. So far leaks suggest that the device will come with a Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 20MP Rear Camera and a Fingerprint sensor. Additionally the device will sport a metal build with a USB Type C port. The upcoming Nexus device from Huawei is supposed to run on Android M - Google's latest iteration of Android.
LG Nexus 2015
Most of you, might be aware that Google is said to launch two Nexus devices this year. Apart from Huawei, LG is the other manufacturer working on a Nexus device. So far leaks hint that the LG Nexus 2015 will carry forward LG G4's footprint. Under the hood will be a Snapdragon 808 SoC with 4GB of RAM. The device is specifically aimed to be a camera centric one, with a dual rear camera setup on the back.
LG G Pad 10.1 II
The 10.1 inch G Pad from LG will come with a WUXVGA (1920x1200) resolution display. Under the hood would a Snapdragon 800 SoC with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of on board storage. The optics will be handled by a 5MP rear and a 2MP front cameras. The tablet will have more than enough juice to power it at 7,400 mAh. Further it will run Android Lollipop 5.1.1 and will be available in Gold variant.
Asus ZenWatch 2
Asus is expected to launch their new smartwatch dubbed the ZenWatch 2 at the mega event. The company had previously showcased their smart watch at the Computex in China last June. No expected date is known of yet, but we are expecting Asus to unveil it on the 2nd of September.
Asus Zenfone
Other than the ZenWatch Asus is also expected to launch a new smartphone with octacore SoC and 2GB of RAM on the same date. The company was seen teasing a video on their upcoming phone online. Going by the volume slider teased in the video, tech analysts at Gizbot believe that it will fit into the company's existing Zenfone lineup!
Moto 360 2
The Motorola smartwatch is already pretty late. It was expected at the launch of the Moto G 2015 and the Moto X devices. But alas! Nevertheless new leaks hint that the device will be launched at the IFA.
Samsung Orbis 2
Just like the Mot 360 2, the Samsung Orbis 2 aka. the Gear 2 is another expected smartwatch at this year's IFA. The Korean giant is in fact banking heavily in this smartwatch to make a mark in the wearable industry.
Huawei Mate S
This device is reported to come with a Force Touch display technology. Hence the launch timing of this new phablet from Huawei is highly crucial. In case they make it through to get an earlier launch slot than the Apple on the 2md of September, they may eventually become the first company to launch a Force Touch display.
Acer Windows Phone
The Taiwanese company is tipped to launch not one but four Windows Phone at the IFA this year. With Microsoft so far planning to skip the event, it seems like Acer will be the lone flag bearer of the Windows 10 Mobile at the mega event. All the four smartphone will be placed in the budget and the mid-range though - under $350.
Sony Xperia Z5
Japanese OEM Sony hasn't tasted much of a success as of yet with their Z3+. Nevertheless the company had cleared the air during the Z3+ launch earlier this year that this device isn't going to be the company's flagship for 2015. Instead they are supposedly working on a powerful Xperia Z5 with a Snapdragon 820 SoC and 4GB of RAM. The optics would be handled by a 20.7MP IMX sensor with an 8MP snapper on the front. Leaks so far indicate that the device will carry forward Sony's Omni balance design language - dual glass with metal on the sides.
The company has scheduled a press event on the 2nd of September at Berlin and we are expecting to see the Z5 there only!
