PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for August 2024: Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, Ender Lilies, More

Sony has unveiled the list of monthly games joining PlayStation Plus in August. This month's free games include the action-adventure title Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, the survival horror game Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, and the action-RPG platformer Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights.

These titles will be accessible to all PS Plus members across Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers starting August 6. PS Plus subscribers can add these free titles to their game libraries from August 6 and continue playing them beyond September 2 with an active PS Plus subscription. The current lineup for July is still available until August 6, featuring Borderlands 3, NHL 24, and Among Us.

PS Plus Game Catalog Adds Remnant 2

Last month, Sony also announced new additions to the PS Plus Game Catalog for July. These include Remnant 2, Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII - Reunion, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and The Jackbox Party Pack 9. The PS Plus Game Catalog is available to subscribers of the Extra and Deluxe/Premium tiers.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga offers a comprehensive experience of all nine Skywalker Saga films. Developed by Traveller's Tales, this Lego-themed game includes iconic moments from the original trilogy, prequels, and recent sequels. Players can engage in lightsaber combat, blaster battles, aerial encounters, and more.

The game was released in 2022 and provides an immense package for Star Wars fans. It will be available on both PS4 and PS5 starting August 6. "The Skywalker Saga is a must-play for Star Wars fans," according to many reviews.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach

Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach is another highlight this month. This ninth instalment in the long-running horror franchise takes place in Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex shopping mall. Players control Gregory as he tries to survive till morning while facing various animatronics.

The game introduces free-roam gameplay where Freddy Fazbear assists players against other animatronics hunting Gregory. It will be available on both PS4 and PS5 platforms.

Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights

Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights is a fantasy action-RPG platformer that tells the story of Lily, a priestess exploring a kingdom ruined by endless rain. Players navigate diverse environments like dark caves and rain-drenched forests while battling undead foes.

The game features 2D platforming with an emphasis on combat and puzzle-solving. Lily can summon purified spirits to aid her in battles against challenging bosses. Ender Lilies will be available on PS4 and accessible on PS5 via backwards compatibility.

This month's PS Plus lineup was announced on the PlayStation Blog Wednesday and will be available until September 2. Subscribers can enjoy these games if they maintain an active subscription beyond this date.
