PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for April 2025: Hogwarts Legacy, Blue Prince, Lost Records & More
If you've been waiting for the right moment to explore Hogwarts or get lost in a narrative-driven mystery, April's PlayStation Plus Game Catalog might have what you're looking for.
Sony's latest monthly lineup brings a mix of big-name RPGs, indie debuts, and a few nostalgic throwbacks for Premium members. Whether you're into spellcasting, puzzle-solving, or a quiet story set in the '90s, there's a bit of something for everyone this time around.

Here's a rundown of the most interesting additions hitting the service this month.
Hogwarts Legacy finally arrives for PS Plus subscribers

Let's start with the obvious highlight-Hogwarts Legacy. The open-world RPG set in the wizarding world of the 1800s is coming to both PS4 and PS5 for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. You play as a student entering Hogwarts with a mysterious connection to ancient magic. It's a full-on immersion into the Harry Potter universe-minus Harry himself.
Even if you're not a Potterhead, the freedom to explore, customize your character, brew potions, and choose your path as a wizard offers a satisfying RPG experience. This one drops on April 15, so you've got time to clear your schedule (and your backlog).
Blue Prince brings a shifting manor and mystery

Launching day one into the catalog on April 10, Blue Prince is a lesser-known title but has a strong hook. You inherit Mt. Holly, a mansion filled with shifting rooms, strange symbols, and an ongoing search for the elusive Room 46.
It's part mystery, part strategy game, with a bit of puzzle-solving and storytelling thrown in. The layout of the manor changes each time you play, which means your journey will never be exactly the same. If you're into games that make you think and don't hold your hand, this one's worth checking out.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage - Tape 2 continues a quiet, emotional story

The first episode of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage landed on PS Plus in February, and now Tape 2 is here to wrap up the story. Set in both 1995 and 2022, the game follows a group of women reconnecting after years apart, trying to understand a pivotal event from their teenage years.
The narrative unfolds across dual timelines, blending friendship, punk rock, and a dose of personal reckoning. If you're into character-driven storytelling-like Life is Strange, which happens to be from the same developers-this one's a must-play. It's available from April 15.
Other games joining the catalog this month
Alongside the headline titles, a few more games are joining the catalog in April:
- EA Sports PGA Tour (PS5) - Available April 10, this one's for the golf crowd. It includes all four major championships and 30 real-world courses, with high-end visuals and simulation-heavy gameplay.
- Battlefield 1 (PS4) - A return to World War I's chaotic battlefields, offering a gritty campaign and large-scale multiplayer for up to 64 players.
- PlateUp! (PS4, PS5) - A restaurant management roguelite where you design your kitchen, automate your setup, and try not to burn everything when the rush hits. It's best enjoyed in co-op with a few friends and a lot of chaos.
Premium members get a dose of retro
If you're subscribed to PlayStation Plus Premium, two older titles are making a return:
- Alone in the Dark 2 (PS4, PS5) - A throwback to the early days of survival horror, following Edward Carnby on another supernatural investigation.
- War of the Monsters (PS4, PS5) - A cult-favorite kaiju brawler from the PS2 era, now upscaled and trophy-enabled. It's a fun button-masher if you're in the mood for giant monster destruction.
The monthly games for April, led by RoboCop: Rogue City, have been available since earlier this month. Subscribers have until May 5 to grab them and add them to their collection.
