This is an online selfcare portal launched by BSNL where you have to be registered. It provides the broadband usage and the details of the landline usage as well. From the portal, you can do many things such as change the plan, lodge a complaint, view bills, make payments, update your profile, and so on.

After signing into the account that you have registered, you need to go to Dashboard and click on Services. Under Services, there is an option stating "Check My Broadband Unbilled Usage Details".

You need to visit your respective BSNL Selfcare portal by from the ones given below.

First, you need to register your landline number by sending an SMS as follows to 52295. The SMS should read, "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code".

The customers who use networks other than BSNL should also register, but the process is a little different from what the BSNL mobile customers have to do. Register your BSNL landline number by sending a message as ""REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 919448077777".

After the registration process, send another SMS stating, "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to the same number 52295 for the BSNL users and "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 09448077777 for other network mobile users.
