You can control Netflix, YouTube, and VLC on PC using your phone
Want to pause a streaming video from you sofa itself? Did you forget something from your PC that's important for your work? No problem, at all. These days, there is numerous application available on the Internet for various purposes. No matter which phone you have, we are here to help you out. Today, in this article we have come up with a tool that let you control Netflix, Youtube and VLC player on your PC from your computer.
Step 1: There is this app called ControlPC for Windows that lets you control things from your Andriod/iOS mobile. All you need to is to download the app by clicking here (http://getcontrolpc.com/) on both your smartphone and PC/Laptop.
Step 2: Once done, open the app on your mobile and you will get a six-digit number at the top of the display. Now, enter that same number on your PC to pair up the devices.
Step 3: From now on, when you run any of the apps including Netflix, YouTube, VLC, or Windows Media Player, you can use your phone as a basic remote. With this app, you can do basic functions including play, pause, change volume, and skip forward or back in 10-second increments.
If you are not happy with this, you can download other software like Teamviewer, where You can transfer files between computer and mobile too, and the app works over 3G and 4G as well as Wi-Fi. Otherwise, you can opt for GoToMyPC offers many of the same features, but you'll need a monthly subscription to be able to use it.
For iPhone users, you can Remote app for controlling just about everything in iTunes, otherwise, you can choose LogMeIn is a free app which can tunnel into any PC or Mac and gives you full remote access to your computer.
