Stores your tabular data

Generally, we have done and come across so many tabular data in an Excel spreadsheet created on your computer. These data will be on your computer and if you want to share/edit it with your friends, you need to email them, your friends will edit it and send it back again.

Such a tedious and time wasting process isn't it? In order to make it more easier and hassle free, you can upload your table to Google Drive, where you can send a link to your collaborator and they can directly make changes as well.

Visualizes your data

Apart from the boring tabular column, Google's Fusion Tables allows you to present the data in a visual and interactive way. Once the table is in Google Drive, you can choose "add a chart," for visual representation. This add chart, will give with four options -- line, bar, pie and scatter. Apart from creating a visual chart, it provides codes as well to embed the chart on any web page.

How to connect Fusion Tables to your Google Drive?

Step 1: First of all, you need to click the red Create button at the top left of the web page.

Step 2: Now click on 'Connect More Apps.'

Step 3: Search 'Fusion Tables' in the search box.

Step 4: Click the 'Connect' button.
