Acer Predator, Helios gaming laptops launched with 13th Gen Intel CPUs, Nvidia RTX 40-series GPUs

Acer has officially drop new gaming laptops globally. Acer' latest gaming laptops are equipped with the latest 13th Gen Intel processing hardware and Nvidia's GeForce RTX 40-series graphics.

The line-up of gaming laptops includes models from the Predator Helios, Triton, and Helios series. Acer's new gaming laptops will be available in North America, EMEA, and China from May 2023. Acer is yet to announce availability of its new gaming laptops in India.

Acer Predator Triton Gaming Laptops Pricing, Availability

The Acer Predator Triton 17 X price starts from $3,799 (roughly Rs 3,12,100) in North America and from EUR 4,499 (roughly Rs 4,05,600) in EMEA. The new Predator Triton laptop will be available for purchase in North America from May and in EMEA from June.

The Acer Predator Triton 14 price starts from $1,499 (roughly Rs 1,35,100) in North America and from EUR 2,399 (roughly Rs 2,16,300) in EMEA. The new Predator Triton 14 laptop will be available for purchase in North America and EMEA from May.

Acer Gaming Laptops Pricing, Availability

The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 price starts from $1,199 (roughly Rs 1,08,800) in North America and from EUR 2,199 (roughly Rs 1,98,200) in EMEA. The new Predator Helios Neo laptop will be available for purchase in North America and EMEA from May.

The Acer Predator Helios 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition will be available in North America and EMEA from June starting at $3,499 (roughly Rs 3,15,400) and EUR 3,999 (roughly Rs 3,60,500), respectively.

Acer Predator Triton Specifications

The Acer Predator Triton 17 X is a thin mobile workhorse with a sleek minimalist design. However, despite measuring less than an inch in height, the new Triton is equipped with up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900HX processor paired with up an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU.

It can be configured with up to 64 GB DDR5 5600 Hz memory and up to 4 TB PCIe solid state drives in RAID 0. The Predator Triton 17 X sports a 17-inch WQXGA Mini-LED display with a 250Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and supports DisplayHDR. It also features Nvidia's Advanced Optimus and G-Sync support.

Additionally, the Triton 17 X's Max-Q suite of technologies optimizes system performance, power, battery life, and acoustics for peak efficiency. The laptop also features a new and improved cooling system equipped with Acer's Vortex Flow technology, 5th Gen Aero Blade 3D fans, liquid metal thermal grease, and dedicated heat pipes as well as intake and exhaust vents.

Acer Helios Neo Specifications

The Acer Helios Neo 16 is a more accessible version of the Helios laptops with 13th Gen Intel Core HX processors and up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. It can be configured with up to 32GB of dual-channel DDR5-4800 MHz RAM and up to a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD in RAID 0.

The Helios Neo 16 sports a 16-inch WQXGA (2560x1600 pixels) IPS display or a WUXGA (1920x1200 pixels) IPS panel. Both display options come with 165Hz refresh rate and a 3ms response time. They also offer Nvidia Advanced Optimus and G-Sync support. The Helios Neo 6 also features Acer's advanced cooling system.

Acer Predator Triton Specifications

The Predator Triton 14 can be equipped with up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H processor and two graphics options - Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 and RTX 4050 Laptop GPUs. The notebook sports a 14-inch WQXGA (2560x1600 pixels) Mini-LED panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen features a 250Hz refresh rate and is DisplayHDR600 certified.

The Triton 14 supports up to 32 GB of 6000MHz LPDDR5 RAM and a M.2 SSD slot for fast storage. Additionally, the notebook features Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i and Acer's advanced cooling solution to maintain peak performance in its sleek profile.

Predator Helios 3D Laptop Specifications

The new Predator Helios 3D 15 gaming laptop is equipped with a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900HX CPU paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU. The notebook comes with up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM clocked at 5600 MHz. Users can also switch to the discrete GPU-only option through the PredatorSense 4.0 software to maximise performance.

The Predator Helios 3D 15 utilises the combination of the SpatialLabs eye-tracking solution, stereoscopic 3D display, and real-time scene rendering technologies to bring 3D scenes, objects, and characters to life on its 15.6-inch display.

It also provides different 3D gaming modes with 3D+ and 3D Ultra settings for over 70 titles, with more being added on a continuous basis. The 3D gaming laptop is further supported by Intel Killer E2600 Ethernet Controller, Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i, and Acer's next-generation cooling technology.
