iBall CompBook Merit G9 launched in India: Price, specs, features and more

Here is another affordable laptop from the stable of iBall.

    After the launch of the iBall CompBook Premio v2.0 earlier this year, the company has come up with the latest addition to the lineup. The latest laptop from the company is the CompBook Merit G9 running Windows 10. This one is priced at Rs. 13,999 and makes use of the Intel Celeron N3350 processor under its hood.

    iBall CompBook Merit G9 is pretty lightweight at just 1.1 kg and comes in Cobalt Blue color. The laptop boasts of an 11.6-inch HD display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a touchpad and multi-touch functionality. The device gets the power from a 2.4GHz Intel Celeron N335 processor teamed up with 2GB of RAM.

    Immense storage

    There is 32GB of storage space, which can be further expanded up to 128GB. The device can be used with an external HDD or SSD of up to 1TB letting users store all their documents, photos, movies and more. The iBall laptop has a VGA web camera at the front, a 3.5mm audio jack and dual speakers. With these aspects, the laptop is said to handle daily tasks and multitasking with ease and render an immersive entertainment.

    Battery life

    There is a 5000mAh Li-Po battery capable of rendering up to six hours of usage time or seven hours of offline video playback or 20 hours of offline audio playback. Connectivity wise, the laptop makes use of Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI port, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, and Intel Dual Band Wireless. The laptop has intelligent power saving and inbuilt Cortana, the digital personal assistant from Microsoft. Also, it has inbuilt antivirus defender protecting the device from virus and malware.
