This came to light when Mark Zuckerberg posted a photo on his Facebook account, during the celebration of his growing user base of Instagram. Meanwhile, a Twitterati who goes by the name Chris Olson noticed this in the image's background.

However, Graham Cluley, an online security expert, and the consultant said, "I think Zuckerberg is sensible to take these precautions".
Meanwhile, this is just a simple step of precaution to protect himself from any anonymous hacker, who may try to access his account via remote access.
