Xiaomi India is coming up with several attractive schemes to grab the topmost position in the country. The latest approach is that new smart delivery option that is powered by Smartbox on mi.com and Mi Store app. According to the same, you can pick Smartbox as your delivery option and get the ordered products delivered to a digital locker near your preferred location. The notable partners for delivery are Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, Ecom Express and Xpress Bees.

The digital locker can be accessed only by you as it is secure with a unique OTP. You can pick the ordered products anytime within 72 hours as per your convenience. If you have not picked up the products within the time frame, the same will be returned to Xiaomi.

If you choose cash on delivery as your payment option, then you can pay using Paytm, UPI or debit or credit card at the Smartbox terminals. Smartbox's smart delivery option is a safe and convenient option as it will give you the ability to get your products picked up from the accessible locations. Xiaomi claims that it believes in giving its customers enough choice. And, the smart delivery option is definitely one such service from the company.

• First, add a product to the cart.
• Add your delivery address and choose Smartbox delivery if the option is available.
• The Smartbox dialogue box will appear on the checkout page where you can select the nearest Smartbox terminal.
• On placing the order, you will get a confirmation message from mi.com and a message with the OTP from Smartbox.
• Once the product reaches the chosen Smartbox terminal, you will get a message asking you to pick up the parcel.
• If you have paid for the order, you can collect it by entering the OTP at the terminal.
• If it is a cash on delivery order, you can swipe your card or use Paytm or UPI payment options and collect the parcel from the Smartbox terminal.
