Alcatel One Touch Hero First Look and Hands On: Camera and Video

As we mentioned before, the new Alcatel One Touch Hero offers an industry standard 13 MP rear camera. There's also a 2 MP front-facing camera that will be required for all the selfies and video chats.

By the camera standards, it seems like the new smartphone from Alcatel looks to meet the general industry standards that are maintained by most smartphone these days. And hence the 13MP sensor is a great offering as far as market is concerned.

One of the most interesting things that we see from the entire camera aspect comes after you have clicked the photo. Apparently, in the image, you can zoom in or out by just a touch of your finger. Hence the name One Touch.

Also, the in-device camera offers options such as HDR mode that will be essential to bring out the trueness of an image in terms of clarity and color production.

The handset can also record videos in full HD.
