Also introduced during the launch event was the BoomBand, a fitness tracking band. The BoomBand is similar to Sony's SmartBand that connects via Bluetooth 4.0. It can track your sleeping pattern and also acts as a notification with its built-in LED lights and vibration.

There's a little removable dongle that fits inside a rubber-made wrist band. Currently, the phone will come bundled with the BoomBand and JBL headphone free inside the box. It's not a bad deal, at least on the paper.

Alcatel OneTouch Idol X+ seems to be simple yet elegant Android phone. Priced at Rs. 16,999, the Alcatel OneTouch Idol X+ is rather affordable handset, plus you are also getting free JBL headphone and the BoomBand fitness tracking band.
