The first change you'll see as soon as you hold the device is the inclusion of antenna bands. The Mi 5s, like most of the flagships, feature antenna bands at the rear portion of the device. However, its bigger sibling, the Mi 5s Plus has no antenna lines on its body.
Dual camera setup
Okay, we know you've been waiting to read about this. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a 16 MP Sony IMX 378 sensor at the back along with phase-detection autofocus, OIS, dual tone LED flash, and support for 4K video ecording.

On the other hand, the Mi 5s Plus features a standard fingerprint sensor located at the back.
Bigger display on the Mi 5s Plus
The Mi 5s retains the 5.15-inch display as seen on the Mi 5. However, the Mi 5s Plus features a bigger 5.7-inch display. Both these smartphones come with a Full HD resolution display (1080x1920 pixels), which means more pixels density on the Mi 5s.
