Few days back, the Chinese handset maker Xiaomi has launched its Mi 5 flagship smartphone in the Indian market at a price of Rs. 24,999. Coming to the specifications, the Xiaomi Mi 5 comes packed with 5.15-inch Full HD display with curved glass. It is powered by a latest Snapdragon 820 SoC Quad-Core processor along with Adreno 530 GPU.

Talking about the storage variant, the Mi5 comes in two variants - 3GB/4GB of RAM along with 32/128 GB of internal storage. On the imaging front, the Mi 5 flaunts a 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Sony IMX298 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 4-axis OIS, 4K video recording and 4MP front camera with 80-degree wide angle lens.

Moreover, this device is integrated with Fingerprint scanner, Infrared sensor and shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow topped with MIUI 7 out of the box.

The connectivity option includes 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/a dual-band (MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C. The above Mi 5 hardware is powered by a 3,000mAh battery with Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
