As promised, the Taiwan-based handset HTC has launched a slew of devices in the Indian market, including its latest flagship HTC 10 at a whopping price of Rs. 52,990. Undoubtedly, the HTC has been going through tough times in the past few years, struggling to compete against Chinese handset makers like Xiaomi, Huawei and Lenovo.

Apart from HTC 10, the company has launched five smartphones including One X9 Dual SIM, Desire 825, Desire 628, Desire 830 and Desire 630 in an attempt to change the fortune of the company.

HTC One X9 Dual SIM hardware is powered by MediaTek Helio X10 Octa Core processor

Initially, this device was unveiled at the MWC 2016 earlier this year. Talking about the specifications, the One X9 Dual SIM sports a Full HD 5.5-inch display with Corning Gorilla glass for protection. Further, it is clubbed with 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory with an expandable memory option up to 2TB under the hood.

Now capture your moments on 4K video

Similar to other mid-rangers, the One X9 Dual SIM sports a 13MP rear camera with dual tone flash and capable of recording 4K videos too. On the front, it is taken care of the 5MP camera with 1080p video recording ability.

Experience Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Sense UI

Priced at Rs. 25,990, the One X9 dual SIM will be available in Topaz Gold and Carbon Gray colors from June 20th.

Major overhauls in design for Desire 825

Talking about the design, the Desire 825 comes with the micro splash effect on its polycarbonate body that focuses more on entertainment. The device will be available in 2 colours - Golden Graphite and Sprinkle White.

Fresh design with mediocre specs makes HTC Desire 825 boring

Priced at Rs. 18,990, the HTC Desire 825 comes packed with specs including 5.5-inch display, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory with an impressive 2TB hard disk. Also, it is tagged with 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

HTC promised for a superior acoustic experience with Desire 825

The above hardware is powered by a 2700mAh battery with no fast charging technology. Priced at Rs. 18,990, the HTC Desire 825 will be available for purchase starting from June.

Talking about this smartphone, it sports a 5-inch HD display with the same old design. Further, this device comes packed with Octa-Core MediaTek processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 13MP/ 5MP camera and powered by a 2200mAh battery.

Coming in Cobalt White and Sunset Blue color, the Desire 628 Dual SIM is priced at Rs. 13,990 and will be available from June 5th.

HTC Desire 830

Talking about the Desire 830 smartphones, it sports a 5.5-inch SLCD display, Mediatek MT6753 Octa-core processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The specification is somewhat similar to Desire 628 device, besides the 4MP front camera. The device has HTC's stereo BoomSound speakers up front with Dolby Audio and powered by a 2800mAh battery.

HTC Desire 630

The Desire 630 is the lighter version of 825, with similar design and specifications besides 5-inch display. Reiterating the specs, the Desire 630 comes packed with quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM with 2TB expandable memory, 13MP/5MP camera, and 2200mAh battery. However, the company hasn't provided any information regarding the pricing and availability of these devices. We are expecting more details in the upcoming days.
