Huawei To Launch All-Metal Honor 5X On Jan 28: Here Is What To Expect?

Huawei has started sending out press invites for the upcoming launch event on January 28, with the teaser saying "Faster Better Stronger".

The invite hints that the China based smartphone maker is expected to launch its first metallic mid-smartphone under is sub-brand Honor in India. The upcoming handset is expected to be the Honor 5X, the successor to the Honor 4X that was launched back in March 2015.

The Honor 5X was initially launched in two variants in China back in October last year, for approximately Rs. 10,200. We have listed all the specs and features of the upcoming Honor 5X smartphone, have a look at the slider below.

The phone comes in a diamond-polished aluminum alloy casing to have a premium look and feel. While it design has premium elements, Honor has made changes in the hardware features of the phone to make it more affordable for consumers.

In the camera department, the Honor 5X sports a 13 megapixel rear shooter with Huawei's SmartImage 3.0 processor for better photography in dim light conditions. Up front there is a 5 megapixel camera with 22mm wide-angle lens, 88-degree viewing angle and f/2.4 aperture.
