Smartphones that will not receive the Oreo update. Several of you might be heart broken after referring to the list.
Android Nougat is now available on majority of smartphones in every price segment. Users are now eagerly waiting for Android Oreo which promises several new features for users. Several brands have already announced Oreo update for high-mid and high-end smartphones available to date.
These include Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL, Google Pixel 2, Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge etc. We have created several lists of smartphons that will receive the update and we will constantly update it. However, we also have a bit of a sad news for several of our readers.
Today we will provide you the list of smartphones that will not receive the Oreo update. Several of you might be heart broken after referring to the list, however we believe this to be an indication to switch your old smartphone with a new one which will support Android Oreo.
There are several imminent smartphones from almost every brand that will not support the update. Some such smartphones are Moto X-Force, OPPO F1S, Xaomi Redmi 4 etc. It is quite surprizing that several smartphones in the list were once premium offerings from their respective brands.
