The device in question is none other than the Oppo Find 9! The flagship smartphone from the Chinese brand got leaked a few days back thanks to a GFX Bench listing. So without further ado let's find out what the Oppo Find 9 has in store!
Phablet with a FHD display
According to the GFX Bench listing the Oppo Find 9 or Oppo X9009 comes with a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920x1080p) display. Incidentally previous reports had indicated at a Quad HD panel. Nevertheless expect to Oppo to incorporate a top of the line Full HD panel in their flagship smartphone.
No Qualcomm Snapdragon 820
While previous leaks had hinted that the Oppo Find 9 will come with a Snapdragon 820 chip, it seems that it mayn't be the case. Instead the Oppo Find 9 sports an octacore Mediatek Helio P10 chop with cores clocked at 1.9GHz each. This is clubbed with a Mali T860 GPU.
64GB of on-board space to suffice storage needs
As per the benchmark listing the Oppo Find 9 will come with 64GB of onboard storage. Well, it's enough to store most of your stuffs. Besides the smartphone will come with 4GB of RAM which will aid in multitasking.
12MP Rear Camera with 4K capability
The rear of the Oppo Find 9 incorporates a 12MP rear camera which is capable of shooting 4K (2160p) videos at 30fps. Apart from that the camera is expected to shooting 1080p videos at 30/60fps and 720p at 30/60/120fps. The camera also come with an LED Flash.
Whopping 16MP Selfie Snapper
The selfie camera so far appears to be the USP of the Oppo Find 9. If the benchmark listing are to be believed, the Oppo flagship smartphone packs a 15MP rear camera on front. This is means that the megapixel count of selfie snappers is larger than its rear module! In fact the Oppo Find 9 will be one of the first ‘Flagship' smartphone to come with such a large selfie camera module.
Marshmallow? Not yet!
Despite being a flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find 9 that cleared GFX Bench runs on Android Lollipop 5.1. This is quite disappointing considering the fact that the smartphone will be launched towards the end of the first quarter of 2016.
