Of late, the rumor mills are heavily churning about the upcoming Samsung smartphones that are allegedly named Galaxy C5 and C7. These are believed to be metallic smartphones with a premium finish that can replace the Galaxy A lineup of smartphones.

As the metallic smartphones are in vogue these days, Samsung seems to launch the Galaxy C5 with an all metal design. Earlier this week, the smartphone got leaked revealing its new chassis.
Even an earlier leak that happened in the last week showed the metallic design of the Galaxy C5. The most recent image leak shows the smartphone in its full glory that will lure the metal fans.

A slew of the Galaxy C5 images were leaked earlier this month giving us a glance at the design of the speculated device. Apart from showing the metallic design, these images reveal the device covered in a translucent silicon case as well.
These case makes the device look glossy and it could be misleading. But, on close observation, the metallic phone does not seem to be glossy at all.
Though is nothing much about the specs are known, the smartphone in the leak carries the model number SM-C5000. Interestingly, this is the model number of the device that was spotted on benchmark documents.
Geekbench shows octa-core CPU, 4 GB RAM and Android 6.0.1
As per the Geekbench listing of the smartphone carrying the model number SM-C5000, the device is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It is listed to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 617 chipset and Adreno 405 graphics unit.
The listing also tips at the inclusion of 4 GB of RAM under its hood for efficient multi-tasking.
Galaxy C5 gets listed on AnTuTu too
Even the AnTuTu benchmark listing shows that the device comes with a 4 GB RAM that is a standard for the current flagships. It also shows 32 GB of native storage space.
The camera department seems to be decent with a 16 MP and 8 MP sensors. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 SoC octa-core processor and Adreno 405 graphics unit combination is shown.
While the screen size of the Galaxy C5 is not revealed by the benchmark listing, it is claimed to sport a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It tips Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on board.
Galaxy C5 to have 4G LTE support
As per the previous leaks, the Galaxy C5 is likely to feature a 16 MP snapper at its back with LED flash, connectivity aspects such as Bluetooth, 4G LTE, GPS, and Wi-Fi, and a micro SD card slot for expandable storage.
