Today, the South Korean tech giant Samsung has launched its mid-range smartphone dubbed as Galaxy On7 smartphones under the new On series.

This Galaxy On5 smartphone comes with Ultra Data Saving mode powered by Opera Max, which let users to save up to 50% of data across all the content.

Then the Galaxy On series comes with music service called MixRadio, that is exclusively for Samsung devices with music catalogue of over 32 million tracks. Priced at Rs. 8,990, the Samsung Galaxy On5 will be available in Black and White exclusively on the e-retailer Flipkart from tonight midnight.

Moving on, the Samsung Galaxy On5 sports a 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels. Coming to the hardware, it is clocked at 1.3 GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor with Mali-T720 GPU besides 1.5GB RAM under the hood.

On the storage front, this On5 is equipped with 8GB of inbuilt memory, with an expansion option of up to 128GB via microSD card slot. Talking about the software, this device is shipped with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.

Further, the so-called On5 flaunts a 8MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 1080p video recording, 5MP front snapper on board.
