The Chinese market is also distinctively different than other markets in the world. While the Chinese smartphone market usually witness huge demands, it ended last year with flat year-over-year growth. Top 10 best-selling 4G smartphones in China in 2017

Today, we have compiled a list containing the top 10 best selling smartphones in China last year. Surprisingly, Oppo R9s topped the best-selling models chart, achieving 3% of market share.

The second spot on the chart was not bagged by a smartphone from any home-grown brand. Rather, Apple's iPhone 7 Plus was the second best selling model in China in 2017 with a market share of 2.8 percent.
