Vivo X200 Ultra and X200s Roundup: What to expect? Full Specifications And Expected Pricing
Vivo is all set to unveil the X200s and the X200 Ultra in China on April 21. Since the launch date was announced, the brand has been gradually revealing specifications of the upcoming phones.
Moreover, leaks and rumours have given us enough idea of what to expect from these upcoming phones. So without any delays, let's look at all the details about the upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra and the Vivo X200s.

Vivo X200 Ultra: Design, Specifications
The Vivo X200 Ultra will be offered in red, silver, and black colour options. The silver variant has subtle vertical stripes running along the back, while the red version features a smooth, leather-like back. At the rear panel, the X200 Ultra boasts a large, raised camera module that stands out prominently from the device's chassis. Upfront, the handset is most likely to feature a quad-curved OLED display.
In terms of specifications, the device is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The X200 Ultra is also tipped to pack a massive 6,000 mAh silicon carbon battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support.
Moreover, the phone is confirmed to come with two dedicated imaging chips, the VS1 and V3+. It will also have a new camera button, similar to that of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. For imaging, there will be triple Zeiss cameras, including a 50MP Sony LYT-818 main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope lens, which is based on new prism technology.
The smartphone will feature 4K video recording at 60fps with 10-bit Log support, along with cinematic 4K recording at 120fps. Lastly, the X200 Ultra will feature an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for security.

Vivo X200s: Design, Specifications
The Vivo X200s will have a flat display, surrounded by an ultra-slim bezel. At the rear panel, there is a large, raised camera module, which houses ZEISS-branded cameras. The phone will be available in Soft Purple, Mint Purple, White and Black colour options.
In terms of features, the Vivo X200s is tipped to sport a 6.67-inch flat BOE Q10 display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by the Dimensity 9400+ chipset paired with at least 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It will pack a 6,200mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. For imaging, there will be a triple camera setup, which is expected to include a 50MP main camera with OIS support, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP LYT-600 3x periscope telephoto lens.
It is also expected to offer focal lengths spanning from 15mm to 70mm, with apertures ranging from f/1.57 to f/2.57. Moreover, the Vivo X200s will feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water-resistantance.
Vivo X200 Ultra and X200s: Launch Details and Expected Pricing
Both the Vivo X200 Ultra and the Vivo X200s will launch in China on April 21 at 7pm local time (4:30 pm IST). In addition to these smartphones, the brand will announce the Vivo Pad 5 Pro, the Vivo Pad SE, and the Vivo Watch 5 on the same day.
To recall, the Vivo X100 Ultra was launched starting at CNY 6,499 (roughly Rs 75,000). On the other hand, the Vivo X100s was announced with a starting price of CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 46,200).
Given that, we expect both models may follow a similar price range to their predecessors. Since there is no hint regarding the pricing of both phones, we'd suggest taking it with a pinch of salt and staying tuned for the official announcement.
