Xiaomi has officially unveiled its next-generation operating system, HyperOS 4, bringing major cosmetic and performance upgrades. The transition from older MIUI firmware to HyperOS represented a massive shift for the company. Xiaomi will roll out the software in structured phases beginning in August. The initial phase starts mid-August, targeting the newest flagship phones and premium tablets. Subsequent rollout phases will stretch into late August and September. These later phases bring the update to mid-range phones.

While global users must wait for local deployment updates, this launch highlights Xiaomi's software ambitions.
