HTC Desire 616 - Camera and Video
The HTC Desire 616 camera is not ground-breaking. Of course it can match for most rival phones, but nothing terrific here. The image quality is less ideal in the low-light setup, like any other mid-end handsets we've seen so far.

The 8MP camera is still fast shooter and the results often lack crisp details. Most of the shots we took at the launch event were dull and underexposed at times.

There's a 2MP with 720p video recording capability. Its strong point is obviously shooting videos in HD quality rather than taking selfies.

The Desire 616's rear-facing is fully capable to record nice 1080p Full HD videos. In testing it works well, but there isn't any customization or editing option available.
