HTC One M8: Processor and Benchmark
To tell you'll the truth, HTC One (M8) is one of the most powerful smartphones available in the market at the moment. The device, necessarily its Indian variant, comes with a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor and 2GB RAM.
And with all that power under the hood, it's no wonder that lag time was absolutely nil while our time with the device. Switching between apps or launching a new one isn't really a cumbersome task with the power complimenting the device's speed.
The performance of the HTC One (M8), as far as benchmark is concerned, is a bit iffy given HTC's own admission that the device kicks itself into High Performance Mode when most benchmarking tools are used.
However, the reality of the matter is that the Snapdragon 801 is easily one of the most powerful smartphone processor currently in the market, and it doesn't matter if HTC actually played around with the results or now as the overall scores will be as impressive as ever. The end result of this will be you exclaiming in joy that this is the one of the fastest devices you will ever use.
