Intex Sends Out Invite For New Smartphone Launch on May 15

Intex's last big-ticket handset, the Aqua Octa, was launched way back in January of this year. The premium device was priced at Rs. 19,999, accompanied by an octa-core CPU and a massive 6-inch HD display. Since then, we haven't heard much about Intex's plans to push premium phones, just like the Aqua Octa.

It's unlikely the company could ignore high-end of the smartphone market. Although no rumors were swirling on the web that indicates that Intex would come with a new big-ticket phone; still, the domestic vendor has confirmed it by sending the tech world an invite for a launch event in New Delhi. Well, it seems that Intex is all set to launch another flagship phone after a gap of 4 months.

Intex Sends Out Invite For New Smartphone Launch on May 15

Intex's next-gen premium device is going to be with us very soon, as the company has started sending press invites for an event on May 15.

The invite doesn't specifically mention what exactly the company will launch on May 15, but with the emphasis on ‘clarity', it's pretty obvious what we're looking at. Intex's teaser message reads, "Clarity is the new high!". Exactly what that means about the internal hardware- and, more importantly, the display - of the phone should become clarified on May 15.
