Lenovo Vibe X Launched in China And Vibe Z K910 Gets Unveiled

|

Lenovo has been making quite an impression these days by launching a number of smartphone devices in every possible price category. Moreover, in India, the company has recently launched 4 new handsets in the mid range price category, the A516, A369i, A269i and A850. It has already been getting remarkable feedback for its K900 handset. Now the manufacturer has launched two of its new high end devices called Vibe X S960 and Vibe Z K910 in Beijing, China. Moreover, Vibe X is already launched for Chinese market and Vibe Z K910 is yet to be officially released. Both devices will be released in other markets like India in the following months.

Lets take a look at the specs of the two devices individually:

Lenovo Vibe Z K910 comes packed with a 5.5-inch 1080p full HD display offering a pixel density of 400 ppi and runs on Android 4.2.2 OS. The handset is powered by 2.2GHz Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. Moving on to camera, one would find a 13MP rear camera and a competitive 5MP front facing shooter as well. The metal-plated, sleek and thin Vibe Z can be called as a successor of Lenovo's current flagship K900 smartphone.

The Vibe X on the other hand features a sleek body that is measures 6.9mm thin and weighs 121 grams. The device after being announced earlier this month in the IFA trade fair, has now been launched in Chinese market. It comes packed with a 5-inch 1080p display panel and is powered by a cheaper 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6589T quad-core chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card. Similar to Vibe Z, Vibe X also comes with 13-megapixel rear camera with a 5-megapixel at the front. The 5MP front facing camera is not confirmed as of now. But the device runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and also supports NFC support.

The handset will start selling in Chinese market from October 20th at $472 (approx. Rs. 29,613) and it is expected to release in other markets gradually. Sadly, the company has not disclosed the price and availability of Vibe Z which is obviously more expensive compared to the Vibe X.
