Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Could Arrive in a New Green Shade

Just weeks after the launch of the iPhone 16 series, rumors about Apple's upcoming iPhone 17 Pro are already circulating. According to tipster Majin Bu, the next Pro model could arrive in fresh colorways, including new shades of green titanium.

Additionally, the iPhone 17 Pro may feature upgraded internals and design tweaks, continuing Apple's trend of introducing incremental improvements with each iteration.

Possible New Green Titanium Colorways

Majin Bu's leak suggests that the iPhone 17 Pro could introduce three possible color options: Teal Titanium, Green Titanium, and Dark Green Titanium. Of these, Teal Titanium is said to have the highest likelihood of becoming a reality, as it bears similarities to the popular Teal color introduced with the iPhone 16.

The Green Titanium option might take inspiration from the Alpine Green color seen on the iPhone 13 Pro, while Dark Green Titanium could bring a more muted tone to the flagship series. While it remains to be seen which color will be chosen, these options signal Apple's continued focus on refreshing its aesthetic lineup year after year.

New Button Design and Improved Functionality

Rumors also indicate that the iPhone 17 Pro will feature a redesigned button layout, merging the volume and action buttons into a single, multifunctional control. This unified button is expected to offer not just volume adjustment but also control over ringtones and other settings. This would build upon the Camera Control button Apple introduced in the iPhone 16 lineup.

Additionally, the iPhone 17 Pro could come with a 12GB RAM upgrade and improved thermal management through a vapor chamber cooling system, ensuring the device stays efficient during heavy use.

Beyond the Paint Job

Leaks also suggest the iPhone 17 series could see a shift in its model lineup. The "Plus" variant might be replaced by a new "iPhone 17 Air/Slim," potentially boasting a "radically slim" design and an all-new OLED panel. This could also be the year standard iPhone models finally receive the coveted 120Hz ProMotion display, currently exclusive to Pro versions.
