Asus Max Pro M1, Max M1, Max M2 Get Up To Rs. 1,000 Price Cut
Asus has announced a price cut on three of its affordable smartphones, thereby making them even cheaper in India. Well, the devices that have received a price cut are the Asus Max Pro M1, Max M1, and Max M2.
Asus Smartphones Price Cut
The Max Pro M1 has received a price cut worth Rs. 500 on all the RAM and storage configurations. Eventually, it starts from Rs. 7,499. Even, the Asus Max M2 has also has got a price cut of Rs. 500 and will be available starting from Rs. 7,499. When it comes to the Asus Max M1, it has got a discount of Rs. 1,000 that takes its selling price down to Rs. 5,999.
Well, the price cut on the affordable Asus smartphones is already live and buyers can get these phones at the revised pricing via Flipkart. Check out the revising pricing as detailed in the table below.

For the uninitiated, these devices were initially launched with the Zenfone branding but the same had to be removed following a lawsuit that Asus India faced. Earlier this year, Asus was sued by Zen Mobiles for the use of the Zenfone trademark. And, the company had to remove the Zenbook trademark from its product portfolio. However, technical support and after-sales service remain the same.
Other Asus Updates
Apart from the price cut of up to Rs. 1,000 on the Asus Max Pro M1, Asus Max M1, and Asus Max M2, the company also let the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant of its latest gaming smartphone, ROG Phone II on sale in the country. Notably, this model joined the 8GB RAM variant of the device launched earlier in the country. The high-end variant is available via Flipkart for Rs. 59,999.
Also, the company rolled out the stable Android 10 update to the Asus Zenfone 5Z, the flagship smartphone of 2018. This update brought in a system-wide dark mode and removed some apps from the device.
