Asus ROG Phone 7 Arrives on TENAA; Launch Imminent

The Asus ROG Phone 7 has been spotted on TENAA with the model number AI2205_B. The handset was earlier seen on Geekbench and 3C certification sites. According to reports, the ROG Phone 7 series could debut in the third quarter of this year.

The upcoming Phone 7 lineup will include the ROG Phone 7, ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, and ROG Phone 7D. The Chinese model of the ROG Phone 7 bears the model number AI2205_B, while the global variant has the model number AI2205_A.

The Asus ROG Phone 7 with the model number AI2205_B, which indicates that it could be the Chinese version, has been spotted on TENAA. According to the listing, the ROG Phone 7 will feature a 5,850mAh battery.

The TENAA certifications site also reveals that the ROG Phone 7 will have four camera sensors. We can expect it to include a triple camera setup at the rear and a selfie camera at the front.

According to the TENAA listing, the ROG Phone 7 will support 5G. While not much else can be gleaned from the website, its Geekbench and 3C listings fill in some of the gaps.

Asus ROG Phone 7 Rumored Features

The ROG Phone 7 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, as per the Geekbench website. The database further indicates that the processor will have a peak clock speed of 3.19 GHz.

The handset is reported on the site to have 16GB of RAM. It will boot Android 13 out of the box. As for the Geekbench score, the Asus ROG Phone 7 scored 2,022 points in the single-core test. Meanwhile, the device bagged a score of 5,719 on the multi-core test.

The 3C listing did not reveal much apart from the charging power. The ROG Phone 7 will get 65W fast charging support.

According to past rumors, the Asus ROG Phone 7 could sport a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen. The display could feature Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 165Hz.
