Asus ROG Phone 7, ROG Phone 7 Ultimate now available for purchase in India through Vijay Sales

The ultimate gaming smartphone is officially available for purchase in India. The Asus ROG Phone 7 series can be purchased through Vijay Sales. The line-up includes the Asus ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate.

The Asus ROG Phone 7 series was first unveiled in India and globally back in April. The Asus ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate share the same specifications as the 'Ultimate' counterpart with the latter offering minor design tweaks and greater memory configurations.

Asus ROG Phone 7 Series Pricing, Availability India

The Asus ROG Phone 7 price in India is set at Rs 74,999 for the sole 12GB/256GB model. On the other hand, the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate price in India is set at Rs 99,999 for the sole 16GB/512GB variant.

The Asus ROG Phone 7 series will be available for purchase in India through Vijay Sales as well as the official website. Customers can also get instant discounts, up to Rs 7,500, using cards from Yes Bank, HSBC Bank, and AU Small Finance Bank.

Asus ROG Phone 7 Specifications

The Asus ROG Phone 7 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with the Adreno 740 GPU. The gaming phone comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Asus claims the new cooling system is 5 percent larger and offers 10 percent better thermal performance.

On the front, the ROG Phone 7 has a 6. Inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,500 nits. The panel supports HDR and 111 percent DCI-P3 colour coverage. It features a 165Hz refresh rate and a 720Hz touch sampling rate.

For optics, the ROG Phone 7 is equipped with a 50 MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor. The main camera is paired with a 13 MP ultrawide shooter and an updated 5 MP macro camera. On the front, the ROG Phone 7 has a 32 MP selfie camera.

In terms of software, Asus' new gaming smartphone runs Android 13 with your choice of ROG UI or Zen UI on top. The ROG Phone 7 also features Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 7, and an IP54 rating for some splash resistance. It packs stereo speakers with stronger bass and a 3.5mm headphone jack with Dirac tunning.

Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate Specifications

The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate features the same specifications as the vanilla ROG Phone 7, although the former offers 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Additionally, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate also comes with an Aero Active portal that opens to allow air from the cooler to flow directly into the phone's vapour chamber.

It boasts an ROG Vision display on the back panel. Asus includes the new AeroActive Cooler 7 with the Ultimate model.
