Asus which is most famous for its PC components but the company has accelerated in the smartphone segment in the last couple of years. The company has launched a new smartphone ZenFone Max Pro M1 which is a direct competition to the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Asus has partnered with Flipkart for ZenFone Max Pro M1 sales and logistics, and with the companies are targeting huge sales form the Indian market. This a good news for Indian buyers because the Asus ZenFone will be available for pre-order for the first time in India at 12 PM.
This phone will be the first smartphone which will be launched as the part of a new partnership with e-commerce website Flipkart. The ZenFone Max Pro M1 seems to be the best smartphone from the company so far.
Flipkart is giving offers for the smartphone. The phone is available with no-cost EMI which is starting at Rs 917 per month. Along with that Vodafone mobile subscribers also get offers up to Rs 3,200 for free with the smartphone. The exchange customers will receive extra Rs 1,000 off over regular exchange value.
Flipkart is also offering complete mobile protection at a special introductory price of Rs 49. The back covers and tempered glass are also at a discounted rate during the sale.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 Specifications and Price
The smartphone sports a 5.99-inch LCD display and comes with an aspect ratio of 18:9, along with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and a higher model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. If that is not enough then you expand the storage up to 2TB via microSD card.
On the camera part, the ZenFone Max Pro M1 comes with a dual-camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual camera sensors. The primary camera supports phase detection autofocus and comes along with a dual-LED flash. On the front, the smartphone houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera with a f/2.2 aperture along with front-facing LED flash.
The phone offers connectivity options like WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G LTE. The smartphone is backed by a huge 5,000mAh battery. It runs near-stock Android 8.1 Oreo making it the first Asus smartphone to ditch its own Zen UI.
The phone will be available in black and grey color. The base model with 3GB RAM is priced at Rs 10,999 while the 4GB RAM variant will come with a price tag of Rs 12,999.
