Check Out Goa Through the Lens of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G
In March, iQOO unveiled the iQOO Z7, and now it's taking a step further with the upcoming Pro model set to debut on August 31. The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G, powered by the Dimensity 7200 SoC, brings a range of impressive features to the table, particularly focusing on its photography capabilities. Let's delve into the camera setup to understand what users can anticipate.
Hands-On Experience

Our team recently had the privilege of getting hands-on with the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G's camera capabilities. During a weekend in Goa, India, we had the opportunity to use the Blue Lagoon edition of the device and capture a few quick photos. While our comprehensive camera assessment is ongoing, we're sharing some of these shots below, providing a glimpse into what this device offers in terms of photography.

Impressive Camera Trio
The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G boasts a versatile trio of cameras designed to offer a high-quality photography experience. The primary camera stands out with its 64MP sensor, equipped with both Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). This dual stabilization setup ensures clear and steady shots, even in challenging shooting conditions.
Complementing the primary camera is a 2MP depth sensor, enhancing portrait shots by creating an appealing background blur that emphasizes your subjects.
At the front end, the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G features a 16MP front-facing camera employing the Samsung S5K3P9SP04-FGX9 sensor, complete with an f/2.45 aperture.
Core Camera Features
The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G's main camera relies on Samsung's 64MP ISOCELL GW3 sensor, with an f/1.79 aperture. This aperture allows the camera to capture more light, resulting in vibrant and well-defined images, even in low-light conditions. The high-resolution sensor enables detailed shots that maintain their quality when zoomed in.
iQOO's Aura Light
iQOO is proud of its camera offerings, and the 64MP primary camera is no exception. It is dubbed the "64MP Aura Light OIS Camera" because of the Aura Light, a circular ring flash that is a unique addition brought by iQOO to enhance the photography experience.
The Aura Light is a feature that is also available on the Vivo V27 series, as iQOO is a sub-brand of Vivo. It functions as a mini ring light that illuminates your portraits and is a significant improvement over standard LED flashes. The light is more evenly distributed, resulting in more natural-looking photographs. It is also less harsh, resulting in fewer shadows and blemishes. As a result, the Aura Light is an excellent addition for taking portraits or selfies.
Video Capabilities
The front-facing camera can record videos in 720p or 1080p resolution. The primary camera, on the other hand, is even more impressive. It can record videos in up to 4K resolution at 30 frames per second or 1080p at 60 frames per second, allowing you to capture videos with stunning detail.
