Chinese smartphone maker, Elephone has entered the Indian market with the launch of its new Elephone G7. The smartphone will be selling exclusively through its online retail partner, Snapdeal.

The Elephone G7 is built with a metal frame and comes with a thinnest bezel measuring just 5.5mm thickness. It sports a 5.5 inch IPS display at a resolution of 1280x720 pixels along with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection.

The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek processor paired with Mail 450 GPU and 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage and can be expandable using a microSD card slot.

The Elephone G7 comes in Black, White and Gold colors options with a price tag of Rs. 8,888 and available exclusively on Snapdeal.

With the launch of Elephone G7 in India, the company is aiming for a foothold in the highly competitive market. The Elephone has also said that it is directly cooperating with one of the largest marketplace in India.
