First Look at OnePlus 13 Show Narrow Bezels and Display Upgrades

The OnePlus 13 has been in the news for a while now. Leaks and rumours have given us a fair idea of what to expect from the brand's upcoming flagship. Now, the official poster (shared by Louis Lee, President of OnePlus China) gives a first look at the OnePlus 13.

However, it reveals only the front of the phone, featuring a small punch-hole cutout in the center and narrow bezels. Besides, the executive confirms the use of the BOE's second-gen Oriental Screen on the OnePlus 13. It is said to provide better performance compared to the first-gen Oriental Screen featured on the OnePlus 12.

OnePlus 13: What to Expect?

The OnePlus 13 is expected to feature a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 1440x3168 resolution a 120Hz refresh rate and a quad-micro-curved design. There could be an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded within the display and a new vegan leather finish at the rear panel.

The smartphone is believed to ship with Qualcomm's next-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite (initially named the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4) paired with 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The handset is also likely to pack a massive 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

Previous reports also suggested that OnePlus could only redesign the camera arrangement for the OnePlus 13; however, a recent leak reveals the phone will get significant camera improvements too.

The rear will feature a triple camera system including a 50MP LYT-808 main camera with OIS, a 50MP LYT-600 ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP LYT-600 3x periscope lens. Other features might include a 32MP selfie camera, an IP69 rating, and an alert slider.

While the brand has not shared anything regarding the launch timeline, the OnePlus 13 is expected to arrive in China by the end of this year with the global launch could take place early next year.
